The Customer Operations team manages operations across Keas, working directly with different functional units across the organization. We are seeking a results-driven and detail oriented Customer Operations Specialist to help us deliver innovative, enterprise solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the import of incoming customer data into the Keas platform
  • Facilitate the export of outgoing data from the Keas platform for delivery to customers and partners

As a UX Designer your challenges will include analyzing requirements to develop information architectures, wireframes, prototypes and site maps across different browsers and platforms. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product experience by collecting and designing from qualitative and quantitative data via customer interviews, usability testing and analytical tools.
  • Design functional wireframes, product/site architecture, page flows and mockups that incorporate user-centered design

Email Marketing Manager
Department: Product / Type: Full-time / Location: San Francisco, CA

Keas will be counting on you to lead and implement the experience when users are not on the application to drive engagement. Currently this happens through email but should evolve to include text and contextual notifications.  

Engagement includes initial registration, round tripping and reactivation.  

While this position requires expertise with messaging copy and proficiency with messaging tools (e.g., Silverpop), we’re looking for a candidate that can both envision, understand and design a holistic experience and execute detailed campaigns across many enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive engagement throughout the user experience. Currently through email and will grow to text and application notifications.
  • Execute all elements of the email campaign process, including identifying customer segments, writing copy, creating/sourcing creative, collaborating with key team members, testing, executing and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Regularly test campaign variables, including subject lines, content offers, copy, etc. Create and maintain internal best practices guide based on lessons learned.
  • Regularly report on and interpret email KPIs, both for specific campaigns and for overall engagement efforts.
  • Proactively implement campaigns/initiatives as needed to drive engagement metrics.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly proficient in marketing automation or equivalent email marketing tool. Experience with Silverpop is a plus.
