Sales Development Representative

Keas Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound and outbound inquiries. The SDR manages the inbound lead activity for U.S.-based enterprise accounts, qualifying active buying interest and developing opportunity in prospect accounts.

The SDR will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the VP of Sales to turn Marketing Qualified leads into Sales Qualified leads, handing these over to Sales Reps to convert into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be passionate about the Keas Health mission to help C-level and HR executives reduce costs spent on employee health while increasing the overall health of their workforce population

Content Marketing Director
Marketing / Type: Full-time / Location: San Francisco, CA

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Content Marketing (HR/Benefits) is responsible for all content marketing to support Keas’ significant growth trajectory.

The role requires a unique blend of marketing, journalistic-style writing/research, and communications skills. The position reports to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with the entire Keas team to create high-value, well-researched and useful content for our audience of senior HR Executives, Benefits Consultants and Health Plan executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the VP of Marketing, define and drive Content Marketing Strategy for Keas including, but not limited to, whitepapers, infographics, videos, company blog, social, case studies, presentations, surveys, research reports, and longer-form guides.
  • Create content that will help millions of HR Leaders optimize their health & benefits programs to provide a better work culture and save costs – focusing on “top of funnel” and “mid funnel” content for our audience
  • Conceptualize and edit short- and long-form content, ad copy, infographics, ebooks, webinar scripts, website content, email, case studies, presentations, and guides
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to create well-designed content for digital and print
  • Set, measure, manage, report and analyze KPIs that tie content marketing strategy to lead generation and brand awareness
  • Write high-quality content – both short form and long form – to support marketing and sales
  • Support leadership team and sales team with creative ways to tell our story to the market

DevOps Engineer

Keas is searching for a DevOps Engineer who is a results oriented, creative thinking self-starter. The ideal candidate will be able to both develop strategy and execute tactically in our nimble and rapid growth startup environment. 

You will be part of the team building a world-class enterprise SaaS application and you will also work closely with engineering staff to design a high performing and scalable production infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a mix of development and operations skills and will be expected to take a leadership role and to define and implement standards and best practices.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Be the first member of a DevOps team to build and maintain our production infrastructure in Rackspace
  • Automate system configuration management and deployment using Chef and Capistrano
  • Work closely with the Engineering team and other partners to ensure a reliable infrastructure and smooth deployments
  • Manage monitoring and alerting infrastructure for production enterprise application
  • Define and execute our DevOps strategy
  • Meet SLA requirements for application delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical experience with Linux
  • Designed, managed and monitored scalable and fault-tolerant Ruby on Rails environments using Chef and Capistrano
  • Extremely reliable and able to be on-call as required (rotation with other engineers)
  • Scripting proficiency specifically with Ruby and shell
